General Dental Questions

How often should I go for scaling and polishing?

Icon

Recommended to do scaling and polishing every 6 months. For those who accumulate tartar faster, have periodontal issues, or periodontal disease, we may recommend scaling and polishing up to every 3 months.

Is scaling and polishing painful?

Icon

Our clinic provides painless scaling and polishing treatment for every patient. Regular scaling and polishing should not hurt unless you have gum disease.

Is root canal treatment necessary?

Icon

Root canal treatment is needed when dental pulp has been damaged by a bacterial infection. It helps to eliminate the bacteria and prevent bacteria spread to other teeth.

Why do I need a crown after root canal treatment?

Icon

After a root canal treatment, the structural integrity of your tooth has been weakened. This is why it is necessary, especially for your back teeth, to have a dental crown placed on the treated tooth.

How to care for your Invisalign aligners?

How long will I have to wear Invisalign?

Icon

For the average adult, Invisalign aligner trays should be worn for 20 to 22 hours a day. These trays are replaced every week.

Is Invisalign suitable for me?

Icon

Yes! Invisalign treatment can be a great solution for both adults and teens looking for a virtually invisible method to improve their smile. Invisalign can fix nearly all common teeth-straightening and bite issues, from simple to complex - all without interrupting your busy life.

How to clean my aligners and maintain good oral health?

Icon

The easiest way to clean your aligner is to brush and rinse them before you wear it. It’s important that you brush your teeth after each meal before re-inserting your aligners to maintain good oral hygiene.

Why should I feel confident about Invisalign treatment?

Icon

Over 12 million people, including more than 4.3 million children, have used Invisalign clear aligners to transform their smiles.

Invisalign clear aligner is made from Invisalign’s SmartTrack material. This ground breaking technology helps move your teeth more predictably and in many cases it can help you get the smile you want faster than traditional braces.

Digital Guided Implant

Precise and accurate

Icon

When placing dental implants, accuracy is an important element. The computerized software used allows your dentist to digitally place your implants and then fully visualize how the surrounding anatomy is affected.

Let you preview the results

Icon

It allows your dentist to show you various treatment options with different predicted outcomes.

Less invasive

Icon

Even though implant guided surgery is still considered a surgical procedure, it is less invasive than the traditional dental implant surgical approach.

Faster recovery

Icon

The flapless approach to dental implants does not require sutures, which leads to a faster, less painful recovery

Porcelain Veneers

Look and feel natural, increase confidence in your smile

Icon

Porcelain veneers are custom made to look and feel natural in your mouth. This will help you have greater self-confidence in your smile.

Prevent tooth discolouration

Icon

Dental veneers will be what sees the most contact with the food and beverages you eat. This is beneficial in protecting your natural teeth.

Low maintenance

Icon

Porcelain veneers are stain-resistant. Make sure you schedule regular dental check-ups with your dentist. This easy maintenance will help you keep veneers pearly white so you can enjoy a beautiful healthy smile.
